Experience in evaluation and selection of suitable well concept based on geological requirements, pressure, temperature, environment, water depth and other project specific drivers

Well design
Well design based on well concept selection, using the latest design tools for casing, T&D, hole stability, blow out and kill requirements and all aspects of well design

Drilling Program
Development of drilling program based on well concept and well design. Complete with time plan, AFE, risk screening and any other company specified topic to be covered in the drilling program

Drilling permits
Gather information and develop required drilling and environmental permits applicable for the area.

Equipment selection
Advise in selection of equipment both for well construction, drilling and data aquisition

LLI identification & Risk register
Long Lead Items identification and alternative sourcing through broad network world wide. Develop and populate risk register.

HAZOP/HAZID & DWOP/TWOP/CWOP
Develop project HAZOP/HAZID meetings with online participation. Arrange DWOP/TWOP/CWOP sessions with online participation to identify risks, short comings and level of detail required

Well Test Planning
Experience in developing test programs, specifying required equipment, mobilization timelines, supplier selection and any permits required for well testing.

Planning well completions according to field and project requirements, taking into account existing production facilities and infrastructure.

Detailed Operating Procedures (DOP)
Development of detailed procedures for execution of the well project at the rig site. DOP will typically be broken down into steps covering drilling, data acquisition, testing, completion and P&A of the well, depending on the well nature. (Exploration, production, injection, observation etc).

Lessons Learned register
Lessons learned register based on existing software applications, or as per company requirements.

Close out/ As Done
Update of DOP’s to as done based on actual execution and Lessons Learned for future reference
